This coming 11th to 13th March Miami will be hosting Tissue World 2020. With more than 200 exhibitors expected, the American trade show will provide a complete overview of the sector, promising to be a flagship event, especially for the North and South American market. A stage upon which Microline intends to play a leading role, encouraged by its growing reputation in the tissue sector that allows it to meet the entire needs of businesses of different types and sizes.

Of the new products being launched to coincide with the show, the most important is Fast Wrap 1250: a continuous-motion bundler for industrial paper rolls designed to arrange, collate and bag an extensive size range. This is version 2.0 of Microline’s existing range of bundlers, providing a response to the tissue sector’s increasing production needs, whilst ensuring improved performance and an even higher level of flexibility without forsaking Italian technology’s trademark quality and reliability.  

One of the main benefits of the new Fast Wrap 1250 is the extensive size range available with the possibility of performing most size changeovers direct from the control panel. In line with corporate philosophy, Fast Wrap also carries out the packaging process without producing packaging material waste, thus avoiding downtime for waste removal, disposal costs and unnecessary film wastage. The machine also offers lower running costs, reducing the quantity of packaging material utilised compared to its competitors by between 10% and 30%.
