The AL80 Maxi is the natural evolution of our tried and tested AL80 horizontal wrapping machine and was developed to handle an ever-broader range of Tissue products. With its ability to process single or double rolls with a diameter of up to 280 mm and to achieve productivity rates of 65 rolls/packs per minute (depending on the collation pattern), it offers an effective solution to the new flexibility and capacity requirements of modern lines. The machine can run with a variety of materials - from classic HDPE, LDPE and POF to more recent eco-sustainable materials - without compromising on pack quality and stability. From pack collation to sealing, all phases of production have been optimised to avoid material wastage and save on electricity consumption.
