Meeting customer needs by offering reliable solutions. This is one of the principles that inspired Microline to adopt a custom in-house policy to ensure quality at all stages of the production process: from design to finished product. In January 2006, the company drew up its own Quality Policy with the aim of offering customers a product that fully meets their expectations while complying with the need to optimise internal resources, without scrimping on technology investments for ongoing development and improvement. The policy contains hard and fast guidelines to be followed whenever the opportunity arises to develop a new project, while still prioritising customer satisfaction, identifying problems in advance and coming up with the best possible solution. This is backed by constant technological updating of equipment and instruments and ongoing training of all company staff and external partners. We also pay plenty of attention to compliance with standards. Microline's activities and its machine pool are consistent and compliant with requirements laid down in European directives and national laws, always guaranteeing maximum commitment and transparency.
Microline's AL series of wrapping machines are greatly appreciated by the Tissue sector for their efficiency: this machine range is designed for the horizontal packaging of products using plastic film wrapping material, which can be neutral or printed polyolefin (POF) or polyethylene (LDPE or MDPE).
Fast Wrap 1250 is a continuous-motion bundler for AFH paper rolls commonly used in industrial settings. It is designed to arrange, collate and bag an extensive size range. The machine features a continuous-flow packaging cycle, which allows the pitch to be optimised according to the cutting and sealing length.
AL80 and FAST WRAP1250 spearhead Microline’s production range for paper roll packaging. The machines offer a continuous operating cycle, which ensures higher performance, lower energy consumption and better efficiency for optimum management of different product sizes.
The increasing popularity of non-woven products on the market led Microline to develop specific solutions to manage wrapping stages. This material is often converted in a similar way to folded products typical of the tissue sector, such as napkins and table cloths
Wrapping systems for cotton pads (for make-up removal) and cotton buds make up a significant part of the Microline product range. We have designed a side-loading case packing machine combined with a pick & place feeding system for make-up removal pads.
