Exclusive and efficient solutions for personal care products

Wrapping systems for cotton pads (for make-up removal) and cotton buds make up a significant part of the Microline product range. We have designed a side-loading case packing machine combined with a pick & place feeding system for make-up removal pads. The flexibility and care devoted to product handling means that we are able to handle all shapes on the market, even at high production rates: round, oval, square and rectangular. We have also designed a top-loading case packing system for cotton buds. This can handle soft packaging (refill bags) and rigid packaging (plastic cases) due to its extremely flexible feeding system.
