We pioneered the development of remote service technologies, which have the advantage of allowing our specialised personnel to carry out immediate monitoring and maintenance operations, without requiring the operator’s on-site presence. This allows customers to save both time and money. It was 2005 when Microline started to invest in protocols that allow machine parameters to be modified remotely, starting with modem-based remote assistance. In 2013, the company achieved a further breakthrough, creating the MRA (Microline Remote Assistance) system that can be optionally implemented in all the company’s machines and is based on the very latest TCP/IP protocols that grant access to components such as PLC, controllers, inverters, safety modules and drives. The system has now evolved and is based on consolidated technologies that are simultaneously simple, safe and efficient. Contact with customers has therefore become a hotline through which any request can be dealt with in real time.
