Microline boasts a specialisation in the manufacture of automatic end-of-line packaging machines with a particular focus on the tissue industry.

What sets Microline offerings apart is no doubt the concept of modularity. Our machines are in fact made up of a base model that can be customised with the simple addition of modules or dedicated options.

Here below we list the most important additional devices:

• CENTRE FOLDING UNIT: it is an additional device for centre folding of a flat sheet reel ("V" reel).The device can be integrated with the AL 80 flow wrapper and makes it possible to use a centre-folded reel or a flat sheet reel.
• ADDING UNIT: an additional device for managing rolls coming from two lines so as to convey them into a single line at the outfeed of the device itself or maintain a separate management of the lines.
• IN-LINE SWITCHING SYSTEM OR DIVIDER (1/1, 1/2, 1/3): an additional device combinable with the AL 80 flow wrapper, it is designed to switch rolls with a horizontally positioned core from one to three lines. It is managed by means of simple, easy-to-adjust servo motors.
• STACKER V90 - V120 - V150: it is an additional device for stacking industrial paper rolls on top of one another. Size changeovers can be made without replacing mechanical parts. There is the possibility of setting the by-pass function from the operator panel (internal by-pass).
• ROLLS UPENDER V100: it is an additional device serving to place rolls with a horizontally positioned core into a vertical position. The manipulation of the rolls takes place via the positive movements necessary to upend them. The movements are synchronised so as to enable simple management and rapid adjustment. There is also a possibility of setting the by-pass function from the operator panel (internal by-pass).
• HANDLE APPLICATOR mod. MDE: it is an additional device necessary for applying a handle (rolls with a vertically positioned core). The movements are synchronised so as to enable simple management and rapid adjustment. Size changeovers can be made without replacing mechanical parts. It has a high operating autonomy in terms of packaging material and there is also a possibility of setting the by-pass function from the operator panel (internal by-pass).
• IN-LINE SWITCHING SYSTEM OR DIVIDER (1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5): it is an additional device combinable with the FLOW WRAP 1000 wrapper and is designed to switch rolls with a vertically positioned core from one to three lines or from one to five lines in the case of rolls with a horizontally positioned core. It is managed by means of simple, easy-to-adjust servo motors.
